BANDITS Kills people in Pwani and escapes with Money

 
The incident occurred on Wednesday night along Karabaka- Misugusugu Street in Kibaha District when three armed bandits attacked and robbed the shop.
According to RPC Mushongi, the innocent man was shot in the back and died instantly while seated on the bench outside the shop that belongs to one Gaiton Joseph (31). He said the bandits suspected to have used a Sub-Machine Gun and machetes, according to eye witnesses.
Before killing the innocent customer, they attempted to attack 24-year old Yohana Koseja, a service provider at the M-Pesa shop in the same area. “It is said that when the bandits arrived, they found Yohana closing his shop, commanded him to surrender but refused and managed to escape,” Commander Mushongi said.
After their target fled, the bandits fired at random to stop him, and a stray bullet hit the innocent customer to death.
The regional police boss said that preliminary investigations have established that the bandits robbed the area of 300,000/- in cash after attacking another M-Pesa shop belonging to Renovatus Katabalo (29) where they killed yet another person.
The body of the deceased was preserved at Tumbi Hospital, pending burial arrangements. Police found on the scene two bullet shells. The police have launched a manhunt and investigations to identify and arrest the suspects.
